I am reaching out to let you know that the CalCERTS Registry is open. Our Customer Support and Training Teams are online and, although it might take them a little longer than normal to get back to you, are available to provide you the support you have come to expect from CalCERTS.

We understand that there is a lot going on right now in response to COVID-19 and we want to ensure you that we are here to support your business. Our Compliance Support Team is working with industry stakeholders to make sure 2019 projects and plans are well underway in the New
Construction Market and that homeowners in the Alterations Market are able to move forward with the energy, health and safety registrations they need for their homes.

We have confirmed that the CEC’s Energy Standards Hotline will remain open as well. Their contact number is 1-800-772-3300 or 916-654-5106.
CalCERTS as a company is strong. I want to ensure you that we will be here for you in the coming days and months to support you in keeping your families and employees safe and your businesses moving forward.
Our Training Team will be offering free resources to keep your Raters engaged, and our Quality Assurance Team will be working with the CEC and Building Departments for guidance.
