The CalCERTS Training Center offers a single story, 1285 square foot residential home, called the Efficiency Test House. The CalCERTS Efficiency Test House is equipped with electricity, running water, kitchen appliances, water heater, two working HVAC systems with the ability to adjust air flow, and HVAC controls. It also offers classroom seating for up to 10 students.
