The minimum requirements for any position at CalCERTS are as follows:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook 2010
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Degree or demonstrated equivalent experience in related work

A strong candidate will also possess some or all of the following:

• Knowledge and experience of Title 24 Part 6
• Knowledge and experience of or in the construction industry
• Knowledge and experience using energy calculation software
• Experience writing or supporting educational material
• Experience delivering training to a live classroom
• Managerial experience
• Technical support experience (phone and email based)
