New Homeowner Experience at CalCERTS

Do you assist Homeowners in registering accounts?
Are you a Homeowner needing a CF1R?

If so, we have great news for you.

CalCERTS has simplified the Homeowner registration process! Homeowners can now register, complete, and sign the CF1R prior to providing a picture ID. This change allows projects to be started without delay. A Homeowner picture ID is not required until execution of the CF2Rs.

CalCERTS has also improved the Homeowner dashboard. All options are tailored to Homeowners so that they can easily navigate the Registry and start a project.

Along with this change, we added a Project Wizard that guides Homeowners through the process of creating a new project.
The new Homeowner dashboard and Project Wizard will make for less frustrated Homeowners and improve Rater-Homeowner communication.
